Bad, " My roster assigned by HR is from 8 to 5, but whenever I come early, my total working hours are calculated based on the roster time, not my actual punch-in time." No need to send email I already mention full detail . poor software

hi team, past 1 week I am facing attendance issue in this app once done puch out it shows successfully Puch out till 11:59 pm suddenly after 12'0 Clock It shows notification & changes my puch out attendance into missed punch out, i loosing my salary & regulations for 3 days per month optional too pls to help me to fix issue in this app 🙏😞🙏

This app has caused major issues in salary management. Many employees are losing a significant part of their hard-earned income because of errors and lack of proper support. It’s unreliable, confusing, and completely unfit for professional use, especially in Dubai where work standards should be much higher. This app is a waste of time and money. I strongly request authorities to review and consider blocking or replacing this application with a more transparent and trustworthy system.
