The Heidi app gives you another way to order and enjoy our food and drink across our restaurants:

Order and pay ahead to have your ticket sent directly to our team where it can be collected in-store minutes later.

And collect digital loyalty stamps so that you don't have to carry any cards around with you. Just add your photo so we can recognise you and then check-in with the app when you place your order in-store.

You'll need to register to use these features. To place an order, you'll need to top-up your account with any credit or debit card.

Finally, don't forget to enable push notifications so that we can send you special offers and treats.

Claims you can pay in store - but you can't... You can only order ahead. Ordering ahead menu selection is very unintuitive. Weird UX all over the place - for example, tapping on your loyalty card to see stamps or redeem a free coffee - and instead you get T&Cs. Such a mess that today I didn't go buy a coffee because I couldn't face fighting the app. Once I've figured out how to redeem my free coffee I'm going back to good old paper stamp card.

Very poor. Not user friendly at all. You have to preload money to the app to pay and preorder. Uninstalling after fighting with it in store 3 times without success.

Beautiful app, easy to use. Got me a free hot drink and my drink was ready to pick up a few minutes after ordering! You can also get loyalty stamps.
