You there! Yes, you! The one on the fence! Don't be! This game looked rather silly to me at first, but I can't stop my quest for magic now. I've got to keep going! I haven't unlocked any fusions yet, I haven't even unlocked all the main magics yet! But this game looks great, feels great, and is just wonderfully enchanting. (See what I did there?)
The concept of this game is cool, growing a magic type to see it change and evolve is neat. The game is progressed by tapping the screen when a small white dot hits the white virtical line. But, like others have said, the window is really small, and it sometimes changes. It would be more beneficial for 111% to make the line a curved box, the bends around the runed disk. This box, getting smaller with each stage/level of magic, would alow a better window for taps and provide better difficulty. Especially since, if you fail, you must start completly over. Im not having any problem with lag, and I like a visual representation of magic for when Im writing, but unless youre 'in the zone' you probably will only get so far.
Decent graphics, good aesthetic, but everything else is pretty lame. The core game is a timed tapper, it floods you with ads but also has a banner constantly, and it sounds like the music(ambiance?) is stuck on a rather short loop. Maybe if you like the gameplay concept you could enjoy this, but I certainly can't.
I downloaded this thinking it was some dumb game that wasn't worth my time... I had no idea how wrong I was. This is probably the best time killer ever. It's fun, addictive and downright cool. I'm also a bit of a magic geek. 😁
So I bought the no ads version because I thought the game was cool but there are still banner ads and pop ups! What the hell guys give me a refund.
Very fun and addictive. My only criticism would have to be the seemingly finnicky hitboxes on the pips. Sometimes it seems like I fail for being a pixel off, and other times I succeed even though I tapped a whole inch away from the pip. It could just be me, but that's what feels like to me.
