Gets repetitive I like doing at least 20 minute sessions in the morning but I end up doing mostly the same stuff every day just in a different order. Needs more exercises in order to keep things fresh or it will be hard to stick to it. Also would be good to be able to select your own work/break times instead of being locked into 30/10. I'd gladly pay for this app with those additions!
Fast, Fun and Fysical! Great app for the busy or lazy types like me. No excuses anymore. In 2 to 7 minutes you get a workout that is fast and furious. Additionally it has a great mix of body weight training and cardiovascular. I love the tracking also.

Can do more or less than 7 mins. Depending on mood. It's great and I just adapt to make each exercise harder, when needed
