good app with plenty of workouts several suggestions: -bit slower animation speed of the character. it seems to be super fast and makes a bit nervous. - add chromecast or smart tv support - add option to repeat same exercise twice or more in the custom workout. in some hiit routines I like to repeat same exercise 4 times with 10 seconds rest inbetween and then go to the next exercise if thats clear enough. - show the total workout time at the beginning. - add a count down beeper for the last 3 seconds of an exercise. - add music support such as spotify - use less computer generated voice
I like this app. but, the coach need to be more motivational. Say words like" great job, almost done, you can do it, looking good". At the 10 second rest period encourage to walk it off and prepare us for the next up coming exercise by stating, "next are planks, sit-ups, squats, ect.." Let exerciser know not to sit but, move during the 10 second rest periods. Thank you for reading and listening.
Should also tell you when to actually start and stop, not just prepare. Also, only the animation can instantly switch sides on a side plank.
Well.. The new voice is much better than before... Thanks for having improved it.. However, I'd like to have a way to track my weight or my BMI.. It would help a lot!
The most interesting thing is that you have to patiently and diligently observe your work outs everyday to earn diamonds that will enable you open up new exercises. It really works for me.
I think this app is great for a morning workout its quick and easy. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to collect gems for a morning workout.
