No option to contact customer support via mobile app. Tata account which needs captcha works inconsistently while strangely idfc works well. Customer support acknowledged the issue and said forwarded to dev team. When followed up they were rude and said dev team is working on it. Perfios works on outdated flash so it wont work on mobile browsers. App provides limited functionality only. Withdrawals from atm is not directly credited to cash. If this is to be done manually then it defeats the purpose of automated tracking. If u see old reviews , very few response from perfios. Thats always a bad indicator of customer support
Good response from team Perfio. Issue has been resolved in short time period. Can we get app updation in play store, since this app was updated in play store 3 years before. Maybe you can fix if any issues there and update it.!!
While adding description to bank's transactions, it turned some credit enteries into debit - criminal mistake for an app which claims to track our accounts. Love the web but would stay away from the app (which surprisingly supposed to be their 'premium' offering!). Lack of a robust app could for sure cost them some subscribers
Cash expense addition broken Update has broken this functionality. The drop-down for category is not populated...not able to proceed to next step.
Good Concept Bad Implementation Customer Support very bad. UI not so good.
Tiresome app Cannot refresh individual accounts. Cannot set time for auto update. Number of times for update cannot be set. Lot of improvement s reqd to be done.
* Support for all the categories available in the web application.
* Upgrade to Facebook integration during user signup.
* Feature to re-open any closed account.
* Fix for app crash while entering Captcha.
* Fix to detect internet connection state instead of logging out the user.
* A few more bug fixes.
