Disclaimer: Period Tracker period and fertility forecasts may not be accurate and should not be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. To forecast ovulation Period Tracker calculates 14 days before the projected start date of one's next period. Forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one's cycle length is, when one actually ovulates during the cycle, and how many periods have been logged in the app. Anxiety, stress, diet, nutrition, exercise, environment, medications, age and other factors can also affect one's cycle from month to month.

I love this app!! it allows me to customize the symptoms, moods I added several), along with water intake, exercise, weight, sleep, etc., it adjust to your ovulation & period dates when event happens & when it's projected.. it has cute theme pics.. it allows for very long "notes", which I use as my journal. You can track your pills, etc. it's well worth the money to buy the full version.. it's 2025, I'm STILL using it & STILL loving it 8 yrs of use. I have updated some of my symptoms & moods.

The only issue I have is with the monthly backup feature. Three times I've had to reinstall the app, and each time it didn't actually have any of my info backed up, even though I've selected the automatic monthly backup. I've lost almost a year of data each time. Basically you need to do manual backup each month. There is no automatic backup.

I've used this app for over 10 years. I've always loved it but when I upgraded to the deluxe version I've been having issues being able to download any of the ebooks that I'm supposed to have access to. I contacted support and they gave me a few things to try. But I still can't access any of the ebooks. It's been very annoying because the only reason I did upgrade was because I wanted to read one of those ebooks. Other tab all that it's a great app!
