Ratings and reviews

I only wanted to use the app for check deposits, which is not possible by logging on to the web site with a computer. That said, the check deposit feature is very frustrating to use as mentioned in past reviews. In short, I was only successful by not using the "window" to take the photo of the front of the check. Pretty much, the left side tends to be cut off. I make remote check deposits with apps for other financial institutions and they are easier to use and work. This app is flawed!

I downloaded the app to complete a mobile deposit and for the life of me it didn't work. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and following the app instructions led to the same frustration of it failing. I called Pershing directly and IT suggested I zoom out further or skew the photo left to right, closer to the check. The further zoom worked and finally deposited my checks. They seriously need to fix this app or make the box smaller so ppl zoom out to make it work. This isn't hard ppl!

The only thing worse than the app itself are the surprises that follow each update.
