Wow! The most recent update is ridiculous. This is a night and day improvement from the old app. It's all inclusive too! You can adjust the frame synced together or separate. And actually automatically connects to the mattress and frame like it should. So awesome!
They finally updated the app and it works! Be cool if they got it to use Google home or amazon echo too.
Connected for the first few days. Right side always says 5 and turns the pump on but doesnt inflate. Unplugged the pump for a few minutes, trued to connect, now it wont connect. Sayys unable to connect.
Installed the app and only one side works ..but...the app kept trying to increase the level from 5 all night long so the motor kept turning off and on. DO NOT INSTALL this app and quite frankly it should be removed from the store due to possible damage to the power unit. For the record I have Samsung S7.
Unable to use. After 8k and an app...we can't do anything. Our bases and our pumps don't read on iphone or android. And I try to call tech support never get a human. Haven't gotten a statement so I wrote in that I get nothing every single month...and I keep getting late fees when I mail my bill 10 days prior to due!... 2 months later I get a big packet with ALL the missing statements....haven't gotten another since and still get charged late fees monthly...When this is done even though we love the bed....back to a sleep number they cared about us at least Esspecially when we spent over 8k with them.
Doesn't work, only controls one side, waiting for fix. Very disappointing.
Updated bed side interface for improved user experience and bug fixes concerning Bluetooth connectivity.
