Doesn't work, only controls one side, waiting for fix. Very disappointing.
Only controls one side I am going to wait to see if they fix this issue. The app only controls the Left side and it never read's anything other than 5 on the right side.
Works like a charm. It's great being able use my phone to control the bed instead of using the wired remote. Haven't had any problems so far.
While I was genuinely excited to learn I could control my bed with an app, I installed to basically something completely useless. We have the dual chamber and only one side shows the right setting, the other (my side) always shows 5. You try and make adjustments, pump turns on, but doesn't actually inflate/deflate the bed. Also why not add anything smart, like tracking my sleep patterns, or integrating with withings or fitbit. A lot of effort to make this app but it's not very thought out.. And its in desperate need of better U/I U/X. I'm more than willing to design this app if you can make it work as expected.
Wrong readings It displays the wrong reading. My bed is currently on 39 and it shows it as 5. Restart app, disconnect reconnect, nothing works. An improvement over the last version because it actually connects but it still does not work. I doubt it ever will. Probably have to think about removing the advertisement about a mobile app until this gets fixed.
Still Sub par The app actually makes a connection between my phone and the bed now, unlike with the older app. However, the comfort number displayed on your phone is significantly different than what is displayed on the unit that is wired to the bed.
New notification to inform user of inability to make adjustments due to hoses not being securely fastened.
