Gotta give too much of personal bank info. Plus they don't tell you that is the only way they except payment is straight from your account. No bankcard unless you give them the routing & account number with card number. I offered to pay by check cause it has the info on check. I was told it wouldn't be excepted., THE ONLY WAY TO PAY AND BE EXCEPTED IS DIRECTLY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. So I closed account. Now instead of boosting my credit this will cause it to go down. BEWARE YA'LL !!!!

This app is one of the most frustrating apps to use. The app freezes, takes forever to response to any action. The card its self traps you with the promise to give you a higher credit limit once you connect your bank account, but fails to tell you that only if its in its network of banks, So my federal credit union is not in it, Im stuck with a low credit limit, So paying this off and canceling it right away, not worth it , I would stay away and get a different card

The app has a lot of technical difficulties. For example, on the auto pay I set it to pay the statement, but it kept switching to full balance. It wouldnt stick. I ended up paying the entire balance causing me lots of issues. I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they would make a report of this incident happening and it was just "sure". Definitely do not recommend.
