I honestly hate using this app. It crashes multiple times, it's extremely slow. I place an order every 2 weeks typically and every time it takes me half an hour just to get an order placed because the app won't load, or it crashes, or it's slow, or something. I dread placing an order every time, and the website isn't much better. Definitely needs some work.

The app is horrible for actually purchasing online. The promos that are listed on the item (buy 1 and get a second 50% off) do not show up in the cart's subtotal. And that subtotal isn't itemized, so hope you have a calculator handy if you want to check to see if the promos are applied correctly (hint - that's how I determined it wasn't correct). This will be the last time I use Petco - my Chewy experience was MUCH better - so that's where'll I'll be doing my online shopping for the kitties!

Horrible app! Lags constantly, shows inaccurate inventory, and the Door dash order system is not dependable. Placed a pickup order for Wholehearted food that only showed in stock at a store 10 miles away. I go to pick up & only half my order was filled, so didn't get the full benefit of a promotion. Today placed a same day order & it was split into 3 DoorDash shipments, only one of which arrived, 2nd one was left at an unknown location & dasher wouldn't reply to text/call. 3rd is 1 day delayed.
