Before the last update I would have given 4 or 5 stars but now it's telling me I have to give permission to record audio in order to hear or talk to my pet. When I click the link to settings this isn't even an option so now I can no longer use the audio. Video quality is fine, its what I would expect for how inexpensive the camera.

Great app for the most part. Love seeing the dogs, hearing them and I can even talk to them. My favorite part is being able to swipe and it throws treats out. My only issue is that the video often freezes. I have to log off and log back in, only to have it freeze again a few seconds later.

App is terrible. Every time a new update happens, something goes wrong. Started off with not being able to record videos in play mode, then being unable to talk to pet. When they sent an update to fix the microphone problem, the video freezes after a few seconds of opening it. I missed so much just trying to get the damn video to work. 4 months after reporting the 1st problem of not being able to record videos in play mode with still no resolution. Customer service reps were nice though.

We sniffed and tracked down several nasty bugs! Now that they are gone, your video stream got a bit better. Call your furkid often - a drop of pawesomeness every day makes the troubles go away :slightly_smiling_face:
