About this app

Designed to compliment the PetExec owner portal for companies opting to use it, this app allows the pet owner to easily schedule or request daycare, boarding, grooming, and other services to the company associated with their account. In addition to scheduling services, the PetExec Mobile app gives you the ability to sign contracts, manage your information including contact, email settings, file uploads, packages, and more.

I can log in online but can not get the app to work. Even tried to uninstall and still says invalid account.

You have to change the "Company" setup field to the name of your kennel in order to log in. Click the gear then the green link button. Both the kennel and the app utterly fail to inform you of that. The fact that it just returns an "incorrect password" error is inexcusable. It's actually a good app once you get past that.

I work at a facility that uses this app. It's a great idea, but it's allowing clients to schedule boarding and daycare dates that are not available. It sends auto replies stating that their boarding or daycare dates are reserved when they are not. We've had many angry clients as a result. The auto response needs to be changed to say that we've received the request, but the dates are not confirmed until they hear directly from staff.

I tried to look you up but there are many Tylers. =) This can be fixed by changing your settings and by updating the communication template emails in your system.
