Decent pet insurance but I definitely recommend getting this as early as possible when your dog is a pup. Things just aren't covered if your dog has something prior but getting this insurance allowed us to have some good things covered like getting her fixed and chipped. The turn around time is slow sometimes, but I like being able to submit a claim right away then if there's any reimbursement you can monitor the progress. 3 star because it's user friendly, convenient, and works decent.

this is so easy to use. the only thing is that there was a claim that had a wellness service but also a medical one done at the same time. I submitted both separately, and both took about a month to process. The next time I only submitted a wellness exam, it was processed in about 2 days. I just submitted my 3rd wellness claim, and we'll see how it goes. other than this, the app is so easy to use and very easy to submit claims, and their customer service is top-notch!

There is no way to cancel the insurance via the app. All online help says to call or use the chat at anytime to cancel the insurance. Cancel doesn't even show up when searching in the FAQ. The chat never gives you an option to cancel at all and won't let you actually type. Only pre-chosen topics. This is either a huge oversight, or done on purpose to make cancellations such a hassle that it never gets done, so they make more money. Very sad.
