They don't give the info about where my parcel reached, don't give the carrier info, don't give the time about when to reach, don't respond to email and don't even pick up phones. Called a millions of times but of no use. Never had such nasty experience before. If I could I would have given zero stars. Never going to shop again. This was my first and going to be the last.

They don't understand the moment of urgency. I needed my order asap ! Still waiting for my order. They don't even update their website with whether the product is available or not ! And you transact the mentioned amount and after days they will call saying "ma'am we doubt if we have that product" and then suggest for refund. I thought this was a good, reliable online shop for pet stuff but the experience is turning into a bad one now.

Can't find out all the prices its just numbers without the dots.it also says Price in award points whats that?😖
