About this app

Pexip Infinity Connect is an easy-to-use mobile client used to connect directly to Pexip Virtual Meeting Rooms, or (using Pexip Infinity as a gateway) to any other endpoint, such as Microsoft Skype for Business or H.323/SIP standards based endpoints.

Infinity Connect users can elect to join the conference with full video, with audio-only or to simply send and view presentations.

All Infinity Connect hosts are also able to control aspects of the conference such as muting and unmuting other participants, adding and disconnecting other users, and locking the conference.

Because this app wasn't working, I had to have my eVisit with my doctor over the phone. As an Executive Admin and business owner I've worked with numerous conferencing apps for the past 12+ years. In spite of following all directions, no matter how I accessed the app there were no options to enter the meeting code. All the app did is show me video of myself myself. No error codes, no valid menu options, I checked my wifi and data, tried a force stop... same thing.

Can't really hear much and does not work on all devices such as Amazon tablets and chromebooks.

During the conference call, the mute button is hidden after few seconds. This is a bad idea. During the call, I have to touch the screen many times to check the status of the microphone. Sometimes, when Pexip gets interrupted by notifications from WhatsApp or email, the audio output is automatically switched from loud speaker to ear piece. And there is no way to switch it back.
