A little suggestion from my send, if a payment gets declined, the amount should not be deducted. And if the amount gets deducted and the payment fails, the amount should get refunded. That's how it should be. I would also feel a sense of security while transacting. I would do payments without worry and I would have confidence that if the payment fails, my money would not be deducted or will be refunded if it got deducted. But if the payment succeeds, it's all good.

It's awesome how it can transfer to local banks almost in an instant. But there is no human customer service to assist you (no one gets back to you even after 24 hours), referral link doesn't work, biometric login not working, and 30 minutes to verify virtual cards is nonexistent (it's been almost a week) so be cautious before ordering the physical card. This company has big potential, but it's 100% not ready. I'm leaving a 1 star, might change my mind if it solves mentioned problems.

so far, pexx card is the best of several crypto debit cards i have experienced. pexx gives best rates, also very fast deposit time and very fast support even during weekend. i really enjoy using pexx the recent few months
