Ratings and reviews

It's OK, but I'd say bare minimum specs. I rarely use the app to watch, and mostly prefer watching on my TV (via my PC using a browser), but the browser video player is quite bad now... can only be controlled using the mouse, and the on screen controls cover most of the screen so as soon as you move your mouse over the screen you lose a lot of the view of the actual golf. The older version of the browser based video player had keyboard controls and were better. I'm not sure why they too those away and made their player worse. I tried emailing them a few times over the past couple years, but they just come back saying "thank you for your feedback, we are currently working on upgrading our video player" yada yada yada. it has been over 2 years now, so I'm not holding my breath. If there is any other alternative, I'm sure they could take shares away fromGolfTV. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much other option, so it's either suffer with this, or just follow golf on the web pages.

As a service, 4 stars. But the app? My god, the app alone would get 1 star. Functionality is atrocious. I cut the cord last summer and this is the only app that has constant issues. Takes forever to load and navigate, casting to Chromecast is very hit or miss and buggy. The added stream options at recent events has been great, however trying to switch between them makes me want to throw up. Will not be renewing this summer if some updates don't start to address issues.

Great service and live golf a plenty but needs to be a bit more intuitive through the organisation of live feeds and videos. Also a pretty basic thing that's missing...scoreboards. Either they don't have them or I can't find them. Please add this. Also make it simpler and clearer to see which video is the live stream, separate from highlights or replays.
