How it works: Guests, Concierge staff and local shops can all shoot pictures and live video to share on a Facebook style feed or location based map. The Concierge can load the most frequently asked questions like “Where is the Pharmacy” or “Where is the best place to take kids for lunch”. They load this “pin” on our map and it never expires. They have a pocket guide on their phone before they arrive. Guests can add pictures or video as they explore your city providing more content for other guests. We believe your guests will value a fellow guest recommendation more than going to a Yelp or Trip Advisor full of strangers with month old reviews.
Direct Messaging to the Hotel: We have a chat function that will send a message from the app to a group email of your choice. This allows you to have remote staff help with guest requests. During a busy festival or large event this could reduce the load on your front of house in a meaningful way.
Social Media and Testimonials: All content can be shared on your Social Media platforms. Your guests are creating testimonials as they contribute content. Free fresh, original content is key to your social strategy.
