Hopeless app.. You cant order on the app. The backend teams call and takes the order. Also, there is no mechanism to track the order placed. Order does not reaches on time. No sync between the teams. For one order you get 15 different calls.. Better to opt for other apps which takes order and can be tracked.

Previously I had many bad experiences. I was really fed-up of Phable. Again I've faced problems with Phable. I don't understand how they do their work. I've renewed my subscription membership yesterday 2.58am but, till now Phable hasn't activated my subscription renewal. While ordering medicines, I'm not getting the discount for subscription benefits, they are charging full amount for the medicines. I've call at customer service 4 time but, till now it hasn't been activated yet

I have ordered a product and paid the amount through my bank account but it's showing that the payment is failed even though the transaction has been done and the amount is also deducted from my account. This is completely a fraud app. I mailed them too about my problem but they doesn't responded. What the hell man! I am frustated now...........
