Your app is a technical disaster that actively prevents customers from buying your product. It took 30 minutes just to book, followed by 15 useless minutes for address entry that the driver wasn't informed & to top it off, the payment screen hung for another half hour. ​In the time it took to give you my money, I could’ve driven to the store and back twice. To finish the failures, pizza was cold, toppings dehydrated, taste no better than a hawker.. To sum up my experience it's total disaster

I ordered a pizza a along with fries and I'm waiting for the call to confirm the order. fee minutes later they call me and guess what they say, we don't have delivery partner right now for cash on delivery please cancel the order. This was my first time using pizza hut and probably the last time. Very disappointed by the service or rather i say no service was given.

A very bad application and experience, 1.I had ordered pizza and other stuff. I made payment, the amount deducted from my account. no order booked. and no response from pizza hut. couldn't contact on local phone as it was out of order and other on mobile no one was picking up the phone. still no refund or response. 2.with offer also, it shows 100 rs. off on order above 400 and 150 less on order above 500 but when I applied it it showed add more items to avail offer, though amt. was higher.
