Such worst experience. The order never got delivered. Delivery partner said since he can't find location he will not deliver and cancel the order even though map is updated I see in app. Tried to reach Cust support but failed. Neither the order ever got delivered or they refunded any amount. 1st time used app and is going to never use it again. Can't believe such a franchise can do such scam.

Worst experience. Pizza was cold as it was sent through porter. App was showing order delivered much before it was actually delivered at our place and no one was picking up the phone on the number provided. No one was picking up the phone on customer care also . Order number = 12232361
