The app is super easy to use! And, I love that I can see what different payment options like paying more every month will do to decrease my interest help me save money and pay my loan off faster. The only thing that could be improved is being able to log in with biometrics because my account isn't linked to my saved password. Even with the update it is not working for me. The app doesn't allow me to select a saved password, only a user name. And I can only use fingerprint.

since they switched over I cant login anymore and it tells me I have to call but no one answers. idk why companies have to mess with things that arent broken. the last few months the payment button also wasnt there for me to make payments on the app if have to go through a browser or it would say my banking information wasnt valid even though it absolutely was. this app is being run to the ground.

No mortgage payment options except to pay in full once a month. Even though app, website, and calling their support line says differently. Twice-a-month pay option requires a form filled out and 5 day processing after submission. Did this twice and over a month later, nothing. Not sure if this is a limitation of their app or their service in general. So far, not a good experience. Support line techs are nice tho.
