Had to uninstall it, restart my phone, then reinstall it again to get it to work. It's not as easy to use as the website Also, the digital card will not load. I don't know what happened but the app stopped working. The provider updated it and now it goes to a blank screen. VIP Sends cards that are only good for 9 months, and the digital card doesn't WORK. Now the app is useless. I'm uninstalling it and only using the website.

Application unresponsive. I had to go to main website to register my card as the application is not robust enough to handle input of CORRECT card info as part of registration. The registration process should also not require more than a username and password. Phone # , name, and email should not be part of registration without a check box that promises that no advertising mail will be sent to any of my inboxes. Bad design with greedy intent.

App keeps crashing and restarting. I was unable to register through the app I had to register on the website. Unable to login into my VIP account. None of the functions on the app work.
