Keeps telling me the username and password is incorrect and they are the correct ones!!!
I just got the 2 VIP cards I purchased. I registered one. And I can't login! It says invalid user/password. The email is correct. It didn't give me an option to enter the password. I tried registering again and it says the card it's already registered. But I can't log in or use it! No one answers at the phone number given Cause it's past 3pm.
Physical Card Registered; App told me I could use my digital card. There is no digital card in the app to show to Merchants to get the deals. Requires access to GPS and asks for contacts info (Why contacts info? That's unnecessary information for a coupon app.). So far... very discouraged by the application given the promise we were made to be able to use both the card and the digital card.
Everyone I click on any restaurant or business it freezes so I have to force close it and open it again and again. After about 5 tries I just give up
Great app runs smoothly. Haven't had any issues so far. Plus the development team is quick and responsive towards any suggestions via email. Over-all awesome app.
When I tried to register my card, it said it was already registered? If my husband takes the actual card, how can I use digital card?
