Incredibly glitchy, long dictations suffer from long pauses when you stop and start. The dictations will suddenly jump backwards whilst you are dictating so you unintentionally overwrite and there is no way to cut part of a dictation, as you could previously. All in all, a very poor successor App that needed a lot more testing before being launched. If these glitches aren't remedied soon, we will be moving our dictation to another system.

I have been an avid user of the Philips speechlive mobile app. They recently changed the mobile app and I have never seen an app as slow as the new app. I don't usually post reviews. I have emailed Philips explaining the issues I am facing as a lawyer with their new app and how ineffective and inefficient is is compared to the old app. I do not accept that Philips has conducted any research or review when discarding the old mobile app. The old mobile app was very efficient and user friendly.

Appallingly difficult to use with over writing so easily done and the vibrate noise that occurs every time one starts dictating is hurting the transciptionists ears. The old version was so much simpler. Deleting this app now

What’s new

Users can now view AI transcripts and summaries in the Mobile App, the same is true for transcripts formatted in the new editor.
