About this app

The Philips HearLink app is compatible with all Philips HearLink wireless hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

With the Philips HearLink app you can easily and discreetly control your wireless Philips HearLink hearing aids.

The mobile device becomes your remote control for changing listening programs, adjusting the volume, muting your hearing aids and activating streaming options. Here are some other helpful app functionalities:

- Select from which of your TV-Adapters you want to stream the signal to your hearing aids.
- Check your hearing aid battery level or the connection status from your mobile device to your hearing aids.
- With the "Find my hearing aids" function, you can track the location of your hearing aids.
- Connect your hearing aids to other devices and web services via IFTTT.
- Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Philips Bluetooth hearing aids except Philips HearLink 2000 and 3000, if your devices support audio streaming.

For more information, you can access instructions on how to use this app in the application settings.

We recommend using the latest version of Android OS.

Google Pixel 6 user. Super frustrating, I'm not sure which frustrates me more the App or the Hearing aids themselves! One hearing aid keeps dying or not charging. They have to be sent back for new batteries! They suggest that I switched them in the charger, bingo the charger is defective! But has to be returned to Philips before a new charger can be sent out! So now I'm 2 weeks without hearing aids and waiting! Yep! I might run off with a defective charger! Pretty disgusted overall!

Some good and some very bad! The app takes control of your sound outputs. This should be an option. Further when you get a call, the ring tone and vibration are extremely short so it is easy to miss the call, especially when the hearing aids are turned off but the Bluetooth is on. This basically negates all other advantages of using the app. I have a Samsung galaxy s21 and 9030 mini Rite T R 85.

Hi Jacques, you are making interesting points. Thank you for the feedback, we will forward these to our developers as suggestions. When it comes to audio routing, there should be a way to do set up your device so it fits your liking, please email us at philipshearingsolutions@demant.com with your issue. Using a Samsung A71. As reported by many other reviewers, one or the other and at times both hearing aids disconnect. Clearing the Bluetooth cache, as well as the Philips Hear Link cache, as recommended, has improved the performance but not eliminated the problem entirely. Still disconnects 2 or 3 times per hour. Using the controls on the hearing aid to turn it off and back on will usually reestablish connection. A security patch was blamed for this issue, but that was at least a year ago.
