Not sure if it's my phone, but it took me a long time to connect/sync my device to my phone. Tried every which way and finally connected. Which was odd, because "way back when" l first got this as a gift from my daughter and son-in-law, the app downloaded right away. When I deleted and now tried to re-install, it took forever and like l said, had to find links and troubleshoot ways to download....Frankly, it was pissing me off, until it finally connected!!

Poor: Was never able to connect to my series 7000 shaver using my smart phone through the Google Play app. I followed the directions to the letter. WheI went to my Bluetooth settings, I could see my shaver listed as a Bluetooth device, however, after clicking on "Connect", nothing ever happened. The shaver was running during each of many attempts. A complete and utter failure. Thankfully, the shaver shaves my face flawlessly, but the app is useless.

Hello Larry, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the app did not work for you. Have you tried unpairing your device, and then pairing it again? Please also consider cleaning the bluetooth cache of your phone. If this doesn't help, please reach out to us on social media. We'll be happy to assist you further.

Can't even get razor set up.... Needs major work First day using a $200 razor and this gimmicky app finds the razor but won't register the warranty. It can find the razor to connect to the app for shaving info, but then it suddenly can't find it when I want to register for warranty??? Lame. I do not recommend this brand or app until they can make this process simpler. And I'm VERY tech savvy. Uninstalled app, unpaired Bluetooth twice. Still nothing. May try one more time then return for refund.
