Poor: Was never able to connect to my series 7000 shaver using my smart phone through the Google Play app. I followed the directions to the letter. WheI went to my Bluetooth settings, I could see my shaver listed as a Bluetooth device, however, after clicking on "Connect", nothing ever happened. The shaver was running during each of many attempts. A complete and utter failure. Thankfully, the shaver shaves my face flawlessly, but the app is useless.

Hello Larry, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the app did not work for you. Have you tried unpairing your device, and then pairing it again? Worthless app. My shaver connects okay, but the app is worthless. It has a very poor user layout and pushes a lot of useless information yet makes it difficult to access settings or anything to do with the shaver itself. The guided shaves also don't seem to be designed around actual use so provides very little useful suggestions. If you have issues support doesn't know how to use the app either. Wish I just purchased the $30 shaver.

1. The app worked flawlessly for about 3-4 months. It gives you tips, tells you how to clean, etc. However, it stopped working. It no longer connects to my shaver. When trying to connect, the circle just sits there spinning. Yes I've tried there troubleshooting steps. Even did the uninstall to reinstall but still no luck. 2. The shaver gives a nice cute. However it takes to long in my opinion. And that's mostly due to the small circlular motion that is recommended by the app.
