Less informative, detailed or useful as the previous version. More confusing user interface, and does not enhance utility of the shaver - in fact reduces it compared to the prior version. Less configurable (as an example, it appears to exclusively use a 24h clock), and it feels more like a downgrade.

They don't test their app updates. Basic regression testing would show the new app design for usage history won't show all the shaving details, only pressure. Not motion or duration. Also no indicator when the app connects to the shaver or how many shaves it synced. All worked fine on prior app version. Also no valid developer support contact info on Play Store. How about putting the old appversion back until the new design is actually fully tested and ready for implementation?

Not sure if it's my phone, but it took me a long time to connect/sync my device to my phone. Tried every which way and finally connected. Which was odd, because "way back when" l first got this as a gift from my daughter and son-in-law, the app downloaded right away. When I deleted and now tried to re-install, it took forever and like l said, had to find links and troubleshoot ways to download....Frankly, it was pissing me off, until it finally connected!!
