Could never use it. After 10 days catalogue had not loaded.
Could never log in!! Keep on saying connection to server was unsuccessful! Even using different devices and different networks didn't work. Don't know what the issue is!
It was working great until last week. Now there is a major problem, unusable if not fixed. I scan an item, says product found, get a white screen, never completes loading the product. Please address this as soon as possible because it was a great tool until now. Thank you. Update: The above problem has been addressed promptly and now the app works perfectly fine. Thank you!! I have a suggestion to improve the app to be even more efficient. I have alerted your rep who was visiting us today. Keep up the good work!
Quick and easy way to create and submit orders by scanning with a phone
Terrible app. I didn't get my order one week, Double orders random items and last time i tried to use it, it wouldn't scan upcs. I'm going back to online ordering until beta or whatever this is is fixed
I have tried to create several orders from the app and have been unsuccessful. When I scan an item I get an acknowledgement beep but then it goes right back to the search menu and doesn't do a thing. When I search for something I have left it sit and "think" for over an hour and nothing happens. The app is a great idea but the functionally of it is aweful.
Update to maintenance mode window.
