Great app, but, One of the big features that saved me time was the screen with all the cases mapped out. I REALLY want that feature back. That saved me the most time. Most of the forms i use arent supported, which just makes it a good app for tagging photos and uploading them without getting them all mixed up.-on Samsung Note 4
It's great app, what's silly is it's restricted Android use. My note tablet ran the software great, but it's got damaged in the field, so I thought I could use it on my BRAND NEW LG android phone! Nope, apparently PhoenixMobile will work on Apple anything, but rejects nearly ALLLL android phones. And that's a huge amount of points off in my book.
I really love this app. I use it almost extensively and I am a full time inspector. I recommend this app if you want to speed up your inspections. A few requests: 1. Android Phone support. 2. Camera Timer (When I need to put my tablet on a pole and shoot a roof pic I have to switch back and forth with my native camera and this takes time, especially when I have to add the pics from the gallery). Having an "All in One" camera would speed up the process. 3. The current note taking section is atrocious. I have to use Evernote for my free hand notes because of this. Plus the fact that you can't export these notes to another app or email makes it almost useless. Allow the note section to take advantage of the S-Pen's precision and give us a note export feature so we can save the notes prior to submitting them to the website. 4. Add a number to a Pin on the map when there is more than one survey under that pin (i.e. when they are close together). 5. Allow multiple surveys to be submitted at the same time. Single upload takes forever. 6. Allow custom order of the photo tags so that the ones used the most are at the top. 5 stars when implemented
Galaxy Note 10.1 Phoenix started off slow and had lots of bugs and seemed to be way behind the ipad version. But with each update it gets better and better. Inspections are going much smoother and the app has become much more UAD friendly. Takes some getting used to right out of the gate, but in time it will be your best friend.
not all devices yet Not supported on the Galaxy S 3 smart phone yet. Anticipating it wil be quickly available on this device. Great there is a good mobile option for appraisers. Looks to be more user friendly than its competition. Cant wait to get it on my device.
