Still the best for my purposes! Nothing like it! Now even better! With a minor monthly monetary tranaction, you can get a transcipt, send a fax and so much more. Now even more useful and valuable. The third thing i load onto my phone, right behind go locker & launcher, then LCARS, then this. Why would I switch from what does every thing I need or want? Every upgrade has actually upgraded the usability! Shazam. Best I've ever tried (never tried anything else!)
I've been evaluating a few options - it seems to come down to this and Youmail. There are some positives and negatives to each. If you think you will need any premium features, you will need to look at the options carefully as they each have different pricing approaches. (For instance, You mail limits by number of messages, VVP by message time.) Youmail requires you to go to their business plan to forward additional numbers to your voice mail; VVP includes it for free. On the other hand, YM gives you far more transcriptions at their lowest price than VVP does. However, I've decided to go with VVP. YM's customer support has been poor - even after upgrading to their business plan, I haven't been able to get a response to a ticket for a major problem, whereas the folks at Phone Fusion have been terrific. There are still things I don't love about VVP and I really wish there weren't so many buttons and menu options that only apply to their higher priced Phone Fusion One product, but nonetheless, they seem ethical and responsible and genuinely interested in user experience - that counts for a lot. So 4 stars for features, but 5 stars for company, support, and potential.
At first I was only going to give it 3 stars but someone pointed out that we are not always being pressured to upgrade for services that we don't need or prompted to leave feed back. To me that is very much appreciated, so thank you!! The last star was left off for only being able to block 20 callers, I can fill that up in 3 days! But this is the first app that I was able to find that answers my calls, and plays a "not in service" message for unwanted callers, while not allowing my phone to ring. I LOVE all of that! But with all the spam calls and telamarketers, why the limet?
How did i live without this! Love it, i have verizon and this type of service costs 2.99 a month! It was pretty easy to set up. I actually created google+ account just so i can comment. I will recommend it to all my friends. Looked for a donate button also. Only thing it doesn't do is put voice mails into text, but plenty of other bells and whistles to make this app A+.
This app is amazing! The features are endless, from multiple greetings (even dated), blocked callers, out of service message, readable message options, to an optional fax line. Customize this to what you need, simple/complex it's available. Absolutely fantastic app!!
Works well, reliable, simple. I've used the free version of this app for a couple years now. Works great. Biggest pain for me was getting notifications for missed calls turned off. Not sure why'd you'd ever want that enabled. Great that you can listen to the VMs online as well. Their free storage is limited, so don't bank on keeping a bunch saved.
