Check your network connectivity Been getting this error after every attempt I have made to check passbook or to login by filling up all the details though I tried it through my Vodafone 4G and with my 20 Mbps wifi at home. Both didn't work. Hope you correct it. I'm using OnePlus 3.
Updated version doesn't work [06/July/2016] Earlier (appx. before June 2016) this app used to work like a charm. However looks like the updated version has a major issue. EVERY TIME I try to login, it says, check your network, even though the network is present. Request the development team to look into this and fix it at the earliest, so that we can continue using it. [25/July/2016] Developers, any update on this issue?
Check you network connectivity It doesn't work at all. Gives the same "Check you network connectivity" error again and again though I'm connected to the network. Not sure what is the point in having an app and sending message to all the UAN members to use the app when it doesn't work. It would be better if you first fix the basic issues then spread the word and ask people to use it.
Useless App Proves again that any govt. owned organisation and its employees are a burden on the country. As an employee, you can only see the balance and last contribution. Keeps on showing network errors. On top of that it does not have any authentication mechanism. How could you show account balance to anyone who knows your UAN id and your mobile number? None of these are private.
It is only PAIN and nothing more. It is useless and hopeless app develop by some useless people who have not tested it properly. I think these are apps and website are just floated for namesake to show that how advance India is. The main problem is bureaucratic government employee who are just eating free salary without doing any work. It is a culture of entire class of government employee. These people get increments and promotions based on how many years they are warming chairs and not on their performance.
What the hell government is doing. They make complicated of process of of PF. I have seen worst service. Website is down for UAN from last 2 month. Unable to check my balance. We need simpler process. Modi is only doing time pass. Lots of things need to be address. There is complicated process for transfer of in one account to another account
