I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

I am writing this review after using this app for three months. They provide heavy discounts compared to other similar platforms to lure the customers however their delivery service is pathetic. They promise one day delivery but I never got my medicines before 3 days. Everytime I place an order, it gets stuck after invoice is generated. Calling cus care again and again doesn't help as they keep repeating the same stuff just like puppets no matter how urgent your order is. Not recommended 😕

It's really worst app i have ever seen. I have ordered an item on 13th Apr and which should delivered on 16-18th between but still not yet delivered. And provided customer care no and email I'd both are not working. When I tried to cancel the order it's not accepting to do it. What the hell the service is still product has not delivered and contact number provided is not getting connected and not even camcelling the order. Really worst service.
