I've placed order for almost 3rd time and Everytime 1 or more items are unavailable. but the 3rd time I placed order was far better than the initial ones. You guys really need to update your medicine library when you're in competition with other apps like 1 mg whose library is quite updated and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if the same was done. Though keep up the good work. Cheers...
Every time the highly efficient customer care will use their intelligence and reject prescriptions without reading completely and a valid prescription is turned void. They reject based on their limited understanding and don't care to check with the customer. It's good time that the people are actually efficient and can understand a prescription and not play around with someone's medical needs.
Good discounts. But if you have a good neighborhood pharmacist like wellness or noble, they give 10% anyways. Very poor service from pharmeasy's partners. I ordered medicines which were delivered after 1.5 days. Moreover, calls to Customer Service are usually not answered as they are 'busy'.
The app has a very clean and nice interface. Very user friendly and easy to use. Unfortunately my order was cancelled because they did not have license for Scheduled X drugs despite me having all necessary prescriptions. Hopefully this changes in the future. Customer support were really quick and helpful in letting me know about my order. My overall experience however limited was very good.
You're probably the only app out there to ask for a prescription even for over the counter drugs such as pain relief ointments, skin ointments and antacids. Never have I faced so much difficulty in getting the order across. I cannot run to the doctor to get a prescription Everytime I have a rash on my skin or if I have acidity. I had correct prescription for all other medicines but was still denied the entire order. I have uninstalled your app and will also not recommend this to others, it was a frustrating experience
I ordered few medicines and i received the notification in the app of the said order. But at the time of delivery i recieved only half the order. I was not even informed about the missing medicines.. Worst way to handle the customers.. Cz on customer care they told sorry you can buy from other stores..
