Very useful app. I ordered one day before. Medicine reached on time. I was wondering or worried a bit. But these guys are awesome. This I the first time I am writing a review for an app too. Offers are good for the new users and to attract the customers company has made an effort. Usually in the stores it would take 2 days time. This is great. Overall I would rate 8.5/10. I know customer support would be busy, but it would make an extra effort or give them some motivation in order to complete the customers issues. Love you guys. I am writing my feedback here since your app is not allowing me to submit it there... Delivery Boy did not call before reaching. He delivered and asked for cash from my neighbour although i had registered for Paytm payment. Due to this i lost my 20 %further discount. Still awaiting response!! So, if they deliver a wrong product, they will ask for a picture of the wrong product, then they will ask for snapshot of the physical invoice, then will ask you for "backside" photo of the product. Then they will call you to send. This is third rate customer processes. And you will be harassed with such weird requirements. This service is NOT dependable and their customer service protocols will make you pull your hair out. Better to stay away for couriered deliveries.
Bad app, horrible people without any manners, right from tele assistance to delivery boys. Emails are never satisfactory solutions. Medicines are always not available. Delivery is 4-5 days late. Medicines are missing without intimation. Medicines have much higher cost than available locally. They just tag a higher cost and then give u a discount. Then just don't give any discount at the 1st place. How unethical?
I applied for Share and Earn 25% discount. But they are saying wait for techinical team to solve your issue from last 3 days. They are repeating same message again and again. Atleast they should say we will adjust it during delivery. They are not responding, just sending message techinical issue is there.
This is worst service in terms of delivery of medicine. I have placed a order on 01.03.2018 and after several phone call and follow-up with PharmEasy and DTDC courier I got the medicine on 09.03.2018. There was lack of improper management in terms of delivery. People order medicine on urgent basis and if it tooks this much of time then there is no use.
