I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

Very bad experience... it shows a discounted price while searching for product and then increase the price in cart... Also I have cross checked with the usual customer, he is having a discount in the bill at the end... but but showing price higher than that for the new customer making the final bill same...why!?!?!!???? I ordered the product one week ago still.... I didn't receive my product.. wasting my time and so now I need to find from somewhere else Finally bad experience...

Probably one of the worst services I have seen. They charge extra for an express delivery and even after paying when ordered, the delivery tends to be delayed. This is understandable but when I tried to contact customer support, they provide me with a bot that cannot do anything. After further telling the bot 3-4 times, it gives me a "Customer Support Executive" which is just a message call that tells me that my delivery is on track. The heck it is. I needed the medicine and here I am waiting.
