I've used this app for a year and a half, and it's been an absolute lifeline. It means that I am in control of contact, but still reachable in an emergency. I've used it at all levels, from live calls and voicemails on Gold package, Silver & Bronze. Customer support is 2nd to none. If you have a query or problem they're helpful, compassionate and incredibly quick! Having a friend or family member in prison is never fun, but this app and the PV team make it so much easier.

Many flaws with the app ,Also very misleading . They say to complete the 7 day streak ,you will recieve "some free minutes" . Creator needs a Comprehension class ,so lets say you spend 1 minute every day leaving a voicemail, they then only give you 1 measly minute, however they said they will give you minute's not 1 minute. Very very misleading . I think its quite expensive also . I have the gold package at £10pm however if those minute's run out you will find yourself topping up double that.

Found this app really easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Just an email & support is there. Keep app updated with software updates, advice from support team, no problems after that. Thank you Alex & Kieran! When you are not around to take a call, the ability to leave or receive a voicemail is priceless! Helps you to keep in touch in real time. Saving money and being able to keep in touch is a win win. The calls are recorded so you(not prisoner)can listen to calls over and over again.
