Ratings and reviews

I know I'm not the first person to give this feedback but the new UI is a disaster. I don't know what you did in the background and if it was a tech stack upgrade but it spoiled everything. Using the app without the dark mode is the most unpleasant experience. The previous version itself was amazing and we all got used to it very well. As a user I don't see a need for a new UI. You have tried to fix something that was not broken. Please bring back the old UI.

I purchased a JioMart e-gift card worth ₹564 on the PhonePe app because it showed a flat 2.25% cashback. At the time of purchase, there was no mention in the terms and conditions that this offer had expired, so I assumed the cashback would be credited. After not receiving it for several days, I contacted customer support and was told that the offer had ended in 2025. If the offer was already expired, why was the cashback still visible on the app, and why were the correct terms not shown clearly?

Loved using phonepe to do daily payments. Great app, easy to make different types of payments like electricity bills, credit card bills, and of-course UPI transactions. I have a feature request though. If it's possible to categorize the transactions in categories like Food, Shopping, Grocery, Entertainment etc. It will be easy to track the monthly expenses as most of payments are being made through UPI.
