Ratings and reviews

PhonePe is very good and smooth to use. I have faced almost zero payment failures, which is great. However, after making a payment or checking balance, when I press “OK” or “Done” to return to the home screen, a pop-up ad appears. I understand ads are needed since the app is free, and I have no issue with that. But these pop-up ads are frustrating and add an unnecessary extra step. It would be much better if they did not interrupt the flow after every action.

After checking the balance, when clicking on “Done,” a loan offer popup appears automatically. This interrupts the normal process, and the user has to manually cancel the popup every time. This can also lead to accidental clicks or confusion, especially for users who only want to check their balance and are not interested in loan services. Kindly make this popup optional or provide an option to disable it, so that the balance-checking experience becomes smoother, safer, and hassle-free.

Great Experience. Just a suggestion for improvement [since there is no specific email ID to suggest improvement] The place below wherein we enter the amt for payment has a symbol, which opens up various graphics usually depicting the reason for payments like "Movies", "Groceries", etc. There is a calendar symbol which displays the current month's name and names of past 6 months. I suggest that in addition it should display the names of upcoming 6 months as well, which would be very helpful.
