"PhonePe's new UI is not user-friendly. The previous design was simple and easy to use, but now the new layout makes navigation a bit confusing. It takes more time to find basic options, and new users may find it difficult to adapt. The old UI was much better and more convenient. Please consider improving the user experience!"

PhonePe is a decent UPI payment app for quick money transfers, bill payments, and recharges. It has a simple interface and works with most banks. Sometimes, transactions take time to process, which can be frustrating. Cashback offers and rewards are nice but not always useful. Overall, it’s an okay app for digital payments.

I’ve been using PhonePe for a long time and always liked its smooth experience. But after the recent update, the UI has changed a lot, and it doesn’t look as polished as before. It feels less user-friendly, and the new design is not as appealing. On top of that, dark mode is missing! It was a very useful feature, especially for reducing eye strain in low-light conditions. Many apps provide this, and PhonePe had it before, so why remove it?
