For some reason the app says I have no coverage, yet when I go to the website it says I do have coverage. Not sure why this is as I just recently got a new vehicle through a bank loan and they require full coverage on the car, so I know very well I have coverage. Don't know if it's a bug or tech issues but I'd like to know the reason. Aside from that the insurance is good.
It crashes all of the time now. Won't even open. Time to find a new insurance company for sure.
Doesn't have live chat to contact customer support or a live agent. Didn't allow me to view more information about my insurance policy, if it does then I am having a hard time finding it.
The app isn't the problem. Their rates keep going up. Save money from giving me loyalty perks and make the insurance cheaper.
I love my Insurance Company very much. They are always very nice and polite and courteous.
