App is fine but when I called after getting a quote online I spoke with a male rep that said needed to transfer me to a different department. I got this female rep who said that a different department could help me after explained that I had did a online quote and need to know if I could just pay $165 plus change (new quote price) instead of the almost $200 I'd be billed for for next month. She told me I'd just need to cancel my old policy plan and just pay the $165+ but she'd need to transfer me to a department that will let me know if they can cancel and refund me $85+ or if they could transfer the reimbursement over to my new policy..so was transferred over to this "smart ass" rep questioning me, why I tried a few times to get a quote and then played that he couldn't hear me also said his computer wasn't working right.. then transferred me back over to the female rep I was just speaking to that claimed she wasn't the one speaking with me before so i explain my situation and she said oh you'll just need to cancel you policy then we'll owe you $85+. I asked, so you won't be able to just put that towards my new policy as said that could be a possibility then? She said no because it's a whole new policy. .that's all I needed to know thank you. I'll pay that online I told her ( I didn't want them helping me any futher) they were so careless and seemed not to want to help. Wish I'd got there names.. also they changed up my answers to up my quote to where it came out to $185+ instead of my previous quote of $165+.. I then had to go back to my profile and fix what they'd messed with and deleted. It was just a hassle dealing with those ..morons.
When I needed the app most, after an accident, the photo claims section won't work and when you call, they say there's nothing anyone can do
It would be nice to create a login with a commercial dl for my autos but unfortunately it won't accept without a commercial policy #? What does this have to do with a car policy.
I dont understand why it takes so much space in the memory. 32MB?
The ID cards section doesn't work offline
Taking photo for a claim is very poor it cuts out all the time i would give it a -5 star for a rating
