Absolute waste of time! I've had to restart my photo album twice, due to the app malfunctioning and being incapable of safely storing the work I've done. I've wasted hours on this app and the customer support is poor. That's when you can even get through to them! I won't be using this service again. My advice: go elsewhere for personalised gifts or make your own. What a hassle!

So confused!!!!! I have been using Photobox for years, I use my lap top to create lovely books which are very precious. I cant tell if I'm using the app or the web page both Logos look identical. My photos are still stored safely, but all my books from the past 10 years have been lost!!!! The photo book I was just about to finish has also been lost. Why was the latest change called Photo Editor? It didn't make sense to me.....I was very happy with the old photobox.

Designed my canvas in the app, only to be met with an error when trying to log in to my account - 'please try again later.' Went on through a browser instead and got logged in straight away. Message at the top of the screen says 'Try our app - it's much easier' !!!! 🤔 Maybe you should take that message off, looking at all the complaints on here! 😂
