Ratings and reviews

Installed the app yesterday and it's awful. If you start to creat something on the app and then you decide to continue with it on the website you won't find it in your creations and its a nonsense because you use the same account. There's no many options to crop a picture, for example on one side only, it cuts it on 2 sides. Sometimes doesn't add the picture you choose from the album but adds a different one. Trying since yesterday to add my creation to the basket and it gets stuck at 97%.

Do not waste your time with this app. I went to all the trouble of creating a photo calendar and when I try to purchase it it hangs when uploading the photos. Customer service is terrible, I have sent several emails and in-app messages and got no response. Yet I keep getting emails from them reminding me to complete my calendar purchase! So frustrating!

Do not use the app, use the website instead. A number of issues with the photos, which I would forgive as I liked the usability of the app, but ultimately the app froze on the uploading of photos and I couldn't complete the book. It was trying to upload more photos then were in the book!! Complete waste of time. There are so many reviews like mine (I'm sorry I didn't read them before I started), that I'm surprised the app is still available to use, with this issue.
