Ratings and reviews

Avoid the app, use the website like many other reviews are saying! Went to edit and select 178 of our wedding pictures, plus others, and none upload. Tried costumer service who said to use the website. Absolutely useless and I wasted hours!!! Those edited photos will be lost and it is purely annoying that this cannot be fixed. In reply to Susanne: I tried updating the app multiple times, even to this last version, and use wi-fi, still nothing uploads. So many other reviews highlight this....

Don't bother with this app. Had to restart my photot book 5 times and it kept deleting the photos. Once I finally managed to get all photos in the order I wanted to I clicked on buy and it told me to press continue to continue but there was no continue button so I pressed back to try it again and error came up! Customer service absolutely no help atal j had to email a few times before I got a response! Very bad service all round

Do not use the app, use the website instead. A number of issues with the photos, which I would forgive as I liked the usability of the app, but ultimately the app froze on the uploading of photos and I couldn't complete the book. It was trying to upload more photos then were in the book!! Complete waste of time. There are so many reviews like mine (I'm sorry I didn't read them before I started), that I'm surprised the app is still available to use, with this issue.
