the website AND the app both are awful to use. took me 3 hrs to add in all the photos I wanted to order. attempted to add the photos on the website but they wouldn't load. then, tried on the app instead. managed to add photos in smaller chunks, as the app just wouldn't upload them all together. then, realised a few photos from the selected ones are missing! got there in the end, went to pay and the delivery charge is £9?!?!??! at this point I just gave up and submitted the order.

Haven't experienced any issues yet, but noticed that the prices are different on the app and the website! It's more expensive through the app! They say "it's easier through the app" all over their website, but don't mention it costs more! As an example, the standard 6x4 photo prints are £0.15 on the website, but £0.22 through the app! If I was getting 100 prints, At 0.15 it will cost £15 At 0.22 it will cost £22 £7 more through the app! Why?????

Can never seem to get the app to download all the photos I want to print - I will select 50 and only 15 appear for example! Then when I try and add more, the multiple photo selection stops working and only adds one photo at a time! Particularly frustrating given that your offer code for 50 free prints a month is ONLY redeemable on the app.
