Ratings and reviews

It used to be okay and was a good way to be able to get ads for less popular groups, so long as you were able to reach 8m votes, but now they reformatted the app so only the top placing groups will get ads, so now only the most popular groups can win. In addition, they have added extra ads than before so now it is nonstop ad for anything you do. At this point, since it is impossible for my favorite group to win anymore and there are so many ads in app, I will no longer use the app and uninstall.

it's a great app idea, but there is much room for improvement. - make it easier verify number without sending an email - post the photos, locations, and dates the advertisements are running so international fans can enjoy it too. - remove fanfic option, no one really takes it seriously. - bring back the lockscreen, or even one that can be opened in the app.

I am a user who started using this app with the name "Photocard". Now, I am very disappointed with the new version "Fanplus". I can't verify my phone number and can't watch ads for free voting tickets either. What the worst is I can't collect cash anymore. I was too happy to collect those cash. Now, did you remove that cash system from the app or is it only my account get into trouble??? Please fix this!!
