Unfortunately this app isn't really fit for purpose. It doesn't actually notify you when the 45 days are up unless you go into the app. I can set a calendar reminder or Alexa reminder to actually tell me when to change the filter, so why on earth would I need to take up space on my phone with an app that doesn't add anything beneficial. It doesn't even give you the instructions to follow when you change the filter.

Error message every time I open it saying that notifications are working, contact support, so I did and eventually got a response saying they are working on a new app, seems to have been an issue for sometime though. I oen a v2 phox jug and I have a Britta tank that I use the phox replacement filter in, even if this app did work, I would only be able to track one of them as there is no option to track more than one

The app is super simple so there isn't too much comment on. The design is nice and clear and I like the colours. However, I'd like it more if you got a notification when the 45 days of the filter use was nearly up. I have my notifications turned on for the app, but I have to manually go into it to see how many days are left on the current filter. I'm not saying this to be lazy, it's more a case of sometimes I forget to check the app and then when I do, I find I've gone over the 45 days. Thats it
