Ratings and reviews

This plays like a LOT of other games with heroes that you train up, buildings you train up, resources you collect, etc. Game plays well and has good voice acting, but it doesn't feel like it has much depth to it. I was more interested in the "moving around picking up stuff and healing people" shown in the ad, but it seems that's only a small part of the actual game.

I can't give this game more than 3 stars. it's a reskin of other games that follows the same format with very little to differentiate itself from the rest. Once you start playing you'll find that you've encountered the same mechanics and same problems every player inevitably runs into; the waiting time for buildings to upgrade in order to progress in the game. There are some enjoyable aspects such as the asylum walking around healing people but other than that nothing pops out.

I used to play Tribal Wars and Ikariam years ago, and at the time they were fascinating examples of the classic “farm and grow” strategy genre. This game instantly reminded me of that era, but with a much more polished and modern presentation; the art style is charming and clean, the interface is easy to navigate, and progression feels satisfying without being overwhelming. Building up your settlement, managing resources, and slowly expanding brings back that nostalgic strategy feeling.
