SEARCH ANY STREET
Not standing outside it? Type a postcode, a street name or an address and see every home on the street: what each one last sold for and when, how prices there have moved over the years, what is for sale right now and who is selling it. Filter by type, tenure, last sold and price, see the homes on a map, and open any one of them for its full story.
WATCH A STREET
Follow any street and choose what you hear about: homes coming up for sale, price cuts and homes going under offer; planning applications going in or being decided; and sales completing, with the price HM Land Registry recorded. Homes that come back on the market are called out, with their previous price. Everything lands in Alerts, in three tabs, and saved homes are always a tap away.
CHALLENGE A FRIEND
Send any home to a friend and see if they can guess what it last sold for. They don't need the app: the link opens in their browser with your photo of the house and a slider. The moment they guess, you get a notification with their name and how close they were, and a leaderboard shows who came closest.
HOW IT WORKS
Stand outside a home in England or Wales, open PicAHome, and take a photo. We work out which house you meant from where you are standing and which way you are facing, and show you what we know. If we pick the wrong one, the whole street is right there to choose from.
WHAT IT IS NOT
PicAHome is for general information. Sold prices come from HM Land Registry and appear two to three months after a sale completes. Some information is estimated, and some homes have very little on record. It is not a valuation, and it is not advice: check with an estate agent, surveyor or conveyancer before acting on anything you see here.
England and Wales only. Sold price data is not published for Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Free, with no in-app purchases and no subscription.
