Ratings and reviews

The app itself is OK. Not sure what the upgrade was because the functions are essentially the same in a new layout. My gripe with the upgrade has really been that in the process of doing the upgrade, my profile for online banking was just completely deleted. The woman on the phone couldn't figure it out and I ended up going into the bank to fix. Zelle also doesn't work and no one communicated that it wasn't working. Doesn't anyone test this out before rolling it out to customers?

awful update waste of time and money, why even bother updating your system if the update doesn't work.
